This is an in home meeting with one of our sitters for an initial consultation with you and your pet. This is when we will discuss/schedule your booking and get to know your pets. We will also use this time to setup your pets profile and your login information. This meeting will last approximately 30 - 60 minutes.
You will also be asked to give us a spare key, fob, or garage remote to access your pet at this time for us to keep. If you are unable to provide us a key at this time, we can come back for it later for an additional fee. (see key charges). Keys, fobs, garage door remotes or entry codes must be provided before the start of the first day of service.
This meeting is required for all new clients. The fee for your initial meet and greet visit will be put towards your first booking if you choose to book with us.
Any additional meet and greets will not be credited towards future bookings and will be an additional charge.
This service is for clients that could not provide a key/FOB/codes/garage door remote to the sitter during the initial meet and greet and need to have a sitter return at a later time to pickup or drop one off. Please note that this charge only applies to any dedicated trip to pick up and drop off a key. All keys, fobs, codes, and remotes will be tested before we leave to confirm correct operation.
